Terms And Conditions Of Driving Tuition Given By Marc's Driving Tuition

It is agreed that: 

1. Cash or bank transfer payment in respect of the current or next booking may be made direct to:

2. At least 48 hours’ notice must be given for cancellations of all lessons, and 7 days’ notice for all driving tests.  If 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is not given you will still be expected to pay the full amount for the booked lesson. This cannot be waivered due to sickness or work commitments.
   
   Please note that informing us on Easter Sunday, Good Friday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day will not count as a part of the 48 hours notice.
    
3. Please note that Weekends and Bank Holidays are not working days. If messages are received they will not be responded to until the next working day, except to acknowledge a 48 cancellation.
    
4. The driving school has the right to withdraw the use of the car for the driving test, and this is done with the best interest of the pupil and of public safety.  
    
5. Payments for the lesson are to be received 48 hours in advance of the lesson, unless paying by cash at the start of the lesson which would need to be agreed.
    
6. In the event of a mechanical breakdown or other cases, the instructor reserves the right to rearrange the lesson to a time convenient to both parties.
    
7. Pick up and drop up for a lesson can only be from your home address, work or college unless prearranged during normal working hours.
